Made in South Central Los Angeles
Woven in Scotland by Reid & Taylor, this heavyweight 15oz wool tweed has incredible texture and a perfect, versatile color mix. Individual yarns of steel blue, dark smoke, heather grey, and ecru mix together into a handsome melange that matches literally everything in your wardrobe. The ecru yarns flow vertically down the jacket, adding a very subtle striping effect. This gorgeous piece looks like nothing else out there! It's a perfect match to our Doyle jacket in the same fabric.
Based upon a hunting vest from the 1920's, the Sierra is a minimal item that easily integrates into your casual or slightly formal looks. With our signature dyed corozo nut buttons, this simple unlined design features button-closed hip pockets and an angled breast pocket. It stands well on its own and looks brilliant as a layering piece under the Doyle, a sportcoat, or any overcoat.
Each Sierra Vest is made by a handful of skilled operators at our Downtown Los Angeles facility. Every piece is cut and assembled by hand, and their proficiency is evident in the clean finishing and consistent stitching on each garment. These are among the finest and most meticulously made garments in the United States.
