Rivet Chino Short Sashiko Jet Black

Crafted in our famous cotton Sashiko... this strong Japanese fabric is cut and sewn in Los Angeles, plunged into a reactive dye bath, and then beautifully aged with natural pumice stones. The result is a unbelievably comfortable garment with a gorgeous aged patina. These shorts are effortlessly machine washable and extremely long wearing. You'll enjoy them for years to come! The color is jet black.

Our Rivet Chino short uses the existing waist and top block of our standard Rivet Chino. The 8" inseam offers a modern length that's a few inches above the knee. The leg opening and thigh measurement works for both slimmer and more athletic legs. It has a zip fly and button front closure. Each piece is made from start to finish in our Los Angeles workshop.  

The sizing and shape of the Rivet Chino Short are true to size. If you own a Rivet Chino or Wilhelm Chino, please order your typical size.

All measurements below are taken with the pants laid flat. Waist is measured across the top of the waistband while the front portion is laid over the back. Rise is measured from the intersection point of the crotch seams to the top of the front waistband. Inseam is measured from the same point at the crotch to the leg opening. Thigh is measured from the lowest point of the crotch across the leg.
