Made to Order Single-Breasted Overcoat Tweed & Heavyweight Woolens

Working with our exclusive "Cal" Overcoat shape, you can choose an array of details to create your very own custom jacket. Each piece will be expressly made for you by the esteemed Rochester Tailored Clothing Co. of Rochester, New York.

May we introduce this stunning collection of complex tweeds and luxurious woolen blends. Hailing from Harris Tweed of the UK and Lanificio Di Pray of Italy, these gorgeous fabrics will add texture, sophistication, and warmth to your Fall/Winter wardrobes. 

Rochester Tailored Clothing is based in the original Hickey Freeman factory in Rochester, New York. Dubbed "the Temple of Fine Tailoring," this storied facility has operated for over 120 years and boasts a peerless team of skilled craftspeople. 

The Cal Overcoat

Our exclusive overcoat model with RTC features a classic single-breasted notch lapel design. Although its formal enough to style over a three-piece suit, it's casual and versatile enough to be worn as a daily coat with jeans or chinos. 

The Cal has a classic 3.75" notch lapel, a three button closure, breast welt pocket, a single-breasted covered button front, two side welt pockets, a fully lined interior, three interior pockets, and a single vented back. The sleeves are finished with three suiting buttons and can be easily shortened by a tailor if need be. 

Customizations

Body Length & Sleeve Length: Order our standard, or select length from dropdown menu. Sleeve length can be specified at a specific sleeve inseam (down to a half inch measurement) in our Additional Comments box. 

Buttons: Two horn resin button colors are available

Lining: The interior of the coat will be fully lined with your choice of material. Standard and premium liners are available. 

Undercollar: The undercollar can be styled with self fabric (the same fabric as the coat) or your choice of 9 different colors of wool felt. 

Suede Elbow Patches: 12 colors of genuine suede elbow patches are available for an upcharge

Sizing

Each jacket is sized according to our standard Epaulet x RTC sportcoat. The Cal is made with an extra inch in the chest and an extra half inch in the yoke to accommodate a sportcoat or thick sweater underneath. We advise ordering the same size that you typically wear with us.
