The Wilhelm is our WWII Field Trouser selvedge pant.

Hailing from Japan, this is one of the greatest khaki cottons that we've ever sourced. The base yarn is 9oz cotton from Zimbabwe. It splits the difference between a denim and a twill. The fabric is soft and wearable year-round, but it has a subtle texture and a crisp hand that makes it drape like a lighter jean. 

This makes it absolutely perfect for the casual vintage styling of the Wilhelm. The color is a rich khaki tan and it features a solid white selvedge accent. We've sold a lot of khaki pants over the last 15 years, and these are some of the very best that we've ever offered. You can expect these to break in beautifully and to fade subtly with wear. 

This pant offers athletic cut that offers a tailored fit on those with bigger thighs or a flattering relaxed fit for those with slimmer legs. 

Inspired by the soft construction of military uniform trousers, the Wilhelm has an unlined, folded-over waistband. This gives it a comfortable, contoured fit and a cool vintage look. Its other features include a button-through closure, metal zip fly, double besom coin pocket, and rear welt pockets. The inseams are unfinished at 35".
